Every year, the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce sponsors a
breakfast where all the mayors and town managers of the Merrimack
Valley have the chance to brag about their accomplishments and
talk about their future plans.
In the midst of jokes, serious situations were presented and an
optimistic outlook was forecasted by each official.

Town Manager Reginald Stapczynski, Andover
“The Massachusetts Municipal Association reports that people want
to move to Massachusetts because of land availability, tax rates,
accessibility to airports and low crime rates.”
